In such cases, blocking the account will result in the cancellation of any orders.

If Users do not accept these terms, IOANA GRAMA 92 MEDIA SRL reserves the right to ask the Users to refrain from using the website GRAMA.SHOP.

The access and the use of the website GRAMA.SHOP are for personal use only.

The visualization of the website GRAMA.SHOP provides Clients with product information and the possibility to purchase merchandise.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The website is linked to all the holdings of IOANA GRAMA 92 MEDIA SRL including warehouses and store.

As an authorized retailer of all brands present on the website, GRAMA.SHOP guarantees the complete authenticity of each and every item featured.
Once an order request has been received, GRAMA.SHOP reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise.

Clients will be informed if, for any reason, the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

ONLINE PRODUCTS & IMAGES

GRAMA.SHOP declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.

Images on GRAMA.SHOP belong to IOANA GRAMA 92 MEDIA SRL and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of IOANA GRAMA 92 MEDIA SRL is forbidden.

It is possible that Designers may make changes during the production phase or decide not to produce an item.

In the event there is a change to a Pre-Order item or an item does not arrive from the Designer, GRAMA.SHOP will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
