Orders and payments
With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, any customs duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee.
The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

Where products are purchased using a credit card, the transaction may be performed via the Stripe secure server or another secure server as chosen by Stripe.Apple Pay

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the transaction shall GRAMA.SHOP be able to access the Client’s credit card details, which shall be transmitted through a secure connection directly to the banking institute that manages the transaction. No electronic record of said details shall be held by GRAMA.SHOP and therefore under no circumstances shall GRAMA.SHOP be held liable for any fraudulent and unauthorised use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment

PROMO CODES
Clients who have received a Promo Code for GRAMA.SHOP, by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promo Codes can be used in conjunction with Store Credit.
Shipping Information
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Grama.shop can be delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces. Express delivery is available for all destinations and Standard delivery is available in some countries. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times
Express service for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.
Standard Service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.
Standard shipping cost in Romania is € 3.5.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Grama.shop cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 16:00 pm (with the exception of Romanian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
Returns Terms & Conditions
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
